Founder and President of Arrow Consulting, was born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, with a minor in Marketing and Sales, at Universidad de la República in Montevideo, Uruguay.
In 2011, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Management, with a minor in Marketing and Distribution, at UDIMA in Madrid, Spain.
He has over 20 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources Administration and Consulting. Pablo has trained, coached and mentored over 7,000 employees in more than 50 businesses and organizations in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Spain, Mexico, and the US.
